Lets talk about Stormrazor/duskblade

So, I'm interested to see what everyone thinks about this and what some of your thoughts are. So to fill everyone in on pbe they had changes to where Stormrazor would not stack on duskblade passive. This was however removed before hitting pbe with the other damage nerfs. Now i understand on wanting to go back to a hard tank meta, but I feel as if this is a issue for assassins as a class. What this does is assassins(the AD ones) can build duskblade into Stormrazor then build bruiser items like black cleaver or sterak's gage. Now I'm all cool with assassins being able to do crazy amounts of damage, but the issue comes when the assassins also have 3k+ health as well as that. I just feel as if it makes a problem to where you have to either make the bruiser items to where they are more tank oriented(which might bring the tank meta faster) or we just make it to where Stormrazor and duskblade share a passive so you cant build both. Anyhow, what are yalls thoughts on this and possible solutions to this as well?
