Now that conqueror is a keystone, can Master yi E not do true damage?

This champion has soo many attack speed steroids on top of his base stats, his Q can literally Crit thanks to stormrazor. Gotta love when master yi damage is 80% true damage. I really wish bramble vest would reflect true damage to its attacker.

I'm sure the person who designed master yi would never though in his life that a true damage mastery would exist.
