Is there any secret behind getting a good team?

So ever since reaching lv 30 the matchmaking has changed dramatically.

I always seem to get the middle finger when in comes to having a good team. Most of my teammates are high level unranked players who play like trash. They just pick fancy champions like Zed/Akali/Yasuo and feed with them all day long.

At one point we were 2 to 25 in kills and I had both kills with Tristana while they tried to towerdive. Another match I was 11-6 with Master Yi, but 2 afk in the team and we lost.

Other match Yasuo flaming me for not ganking while having to mind both top and bot because they were doing poorly and losing the towers.

2 other matches just feeding mid game with Tristana when the fed lanes started ganking me bot.

You can't blame the matchmaking since the opponent team actually gets strong players. Question is why I am not part of that strong team? Should I play ranked and climb in order to get a better team in blind pick?

So everyone goes 0-7 and 0-8, with nothing I can do to help them, but I am the problem I didn't get 30 kills by then to 1 vs 5 everyone hehe. I have mafe this thread and also described exactly what happened in those matches.

When I played with a lv 25 in the lobby we got bad opponents and won easily. Right after he left, boom lose streak.

Add the best players you can find and make them your permanent 5 man premade team...? Idk.

I know right i should have been better to carry the -60 lp i lost from 3 afks in a row last night. Damn gotta work on my mechanics clearly.

There are exactly 2 dumb mistakes I do as jungler: falling for baites and getting outnumbered(and both times I blame my team for not pinging missing or following up to help in the jg :P )

As I laner I will always be the last to feed, always. Worst case scenario I die once before the other lanes come to gank me(the other lanes being way too fed for me).
