Wasn't ARURF created because of balancing and repetitive games issues?

Why, Riot, did you make ARURF a "rotating" gamemode instead of the original URF? Because it would be more balanced and you would actually see some diversity in the picked champs, this is understandable. But then why the f"ck would you take this same gamemode just to make it even more one sided, repetitive and unbalanced than the original?! It just literally goes in the exact opposite direction on why ARURF exists... Now with this limitated champion pool, the games are just twice as repetitive as URF and 3 games out of 4 are just auto-wins from the login screen. Just WHY won't you listen to the community's feedback when it comes to URF?! It's been while over a YEAR that you just ignore anything that the community suggest concerning r̶e̶p̶e̶t̶i̶t̶i̶v̶e̶ rotating gamemodes and now, for the event that is supposed to be for the most enjoyable part of the year IRL and IG, you just gutted everyone's favorite gamemode.

WHY?

Why not just make 5v5 SR into all random since there always seems to be a meta in that too.
