Assuming both are balanced, why pick garen over Darius?

I honestly feel that if both are balanced, there will be no reason to use garen over Darius.

What Darius has over garen. A: more damage in his kit. with his passive and true damage ult, Darius naturally does more damage then garen.

B: initiation power. Weak as it is, Darius has initiation power with his e.

C: crowd control. Darius has a pull and 2 90% slows, garen has on silence.

D: a better ult. Darius ult is literally a resetting true damage garen ult.

E: Stronger teamfighting. No explanation needed.

F: harder to kite. With his pull and many slows, it is harder to kite a Darius.

G: peeling power. Pull/slows.

What garen has over Darius.

A: Naturally tankier. To be honest I think Darius is harder to kill in a fight, but garens w gives him natural tankiness.

B: mobility. A small speedbuff, ehh

C: better lane sustain. Unless Darius hits a bunch of q's

D: a silence

Can somebody please tell me why I should pick garen over Darius once they are nerfed to balanced states?
