Why is Illaoi Illaoi?

Literally if youre playing a melee champion there is no winning against this champion. She has everything you need to to dominate lane and then some. She has so much power and she doesn't fall off. Her only weakness is Mana and it isn't even that bad for her. I think you should change her where it has a yasuo e like cooldown for the champions but a shorter cooldown in general that way she isnt as much of a lane bully but she has more to do late game. literally stop being autistic
