You need to scout the enemy jg ward accordingly and then just vertical jg if they steal a buff. I highly doubt you are vsing that many smurfs either in that elo to impact your WR that much.

1. if you aren't jging then you can play for prio and help ur jg gain pressure by invading setting up wards on camps and pinking bushes.
2. Coordinate and 3-4 man dive bot or top

It really isn't that hard if you want to climb and think about the game. I'm not trying to bash you, but if you don't want to self improve at the game then play normals because complaining about things you cannot control vs improving is just a bad mentality.

If you are mid play ori or something then stack a wave with a slow push, then hard shove when you get a large wave. Tell your jg to come invade or take drag or something b/c you have prio. If the enemy jg is invading you 2v1 them. You will prob say well the enemy leblanc mid will come! Here's the catch with that one, since you slow pushed and stacked a wave you will be around 1/2 a lv up if not a full level up. If they leave then they give up all of that exp and gold. If they move then you just disengage if you cannot win the 2v2. No matter what they enemy has a net loss in that situation. You can also do the opposite and duo invade and pressure the enemy off the camps or you can solo invade the enemy and scout and steal or kill. You can force the enemy jg to play to how you want.

Catchup exp before this literally just punished junglers for out jungling because invading and stealing camps did nothing. It made it so linnear that they will do red side to bot/top gank then scuttle or vert or mid.

Again, not trying to insult you or anything I am trying to be constructive when I say if you want to complain about something then just play normals and have fun. If you want to improve, just look at what you can do to affect the game.
