Do I have to say anything else. Its obvious Riot buffed him so more people would buy his new skin but this champ is no balanced at all.

He's balanced. Garen is the mind numbingly simple tutorial fighter you get at the beginning of the game. Simple champions like Garen and Jax live off of punishing you for your mistakes. Most of the time when they destroy you, it's solely your fault.

You mean various champions having various power spikes all varying in how powerful they are depending on the time of the game and what items they got or certain level they reached is dumb?

I mean i can go full ap teemo with gunblade and spirit visage and still die to garen because he has a bc and mr item, the game used to be kill oriented but now it's pick a champ that carries late and wait it out or have another team member pick an early dominate champ

Asides from that, learn to stay away from threats say when you're going to shove a lane. You're not gonna go to the bank at 4pm if you know that's when the local gang is there, you'll find out when they're somewhere else then you go to make a deposit.

using teemo, and expecting not to nose dive over time is bad. considering he's a dot on hit champ so items with cold steel, and item 3194 hinder his damage by quite a bit. before you go on about gun blade sv the garen could have bought item 3075 , and since item 3146 relies off of how much dmg you deal to heal it's going to be weakened even b4 gw.

Full ap with a SPIRIT Visage.

This neither gives you AP or Armor which you need vs Garan lol.

League currently is very time oriented, if you do well early you will prolly win, specially if you can help other lanes from your snowball.

The last time he got a buff was back in 8.9 and the only thing it did was:

Increase the damage on Decisive Strike at rank 5 by 40.

Increase the total amount of passive resistances to 40 but also increasing the amount of minions you have to kill to 160.

This was two months ago.

No way these buffs were implemented because of his skin.

I definitely think he needs changes. The whole Villain thing makes no sense to me, but I'm not sure I'd call him too strong. He has no gap closer and is one of the easiest champs to kite.

There’s nothing you can do if you play melee vs him. He out trades you even if you try to punish for him using all spells on wave basically. He is has too much dmg on q for how tanky he is. One of them needs to be nerfed. He has too many stats early

He loses longer trades. Take them whenever possible in hopes of getting lane priority, because once you lose a trade and are half HP you have to base before he does it again.
