Nerf Garen
Do I have to say anything else. Its obvious Riot buffed him so more people would buy his new skin but this champ is no balanced at all.

He's balanced. Garen is the mind numbingly simple tutorial fighter you get at the beginning of the game. Simple champions like Garen and Jax live off of punishing you for your mistakes. Most of the time when they destroy you, it's solely your fault.
The last time he got a buff was back in 8.9 and the only thing it did was:
Increase the damage on Decisive Strike at rank 5 by 40.
Increase the total amount of passive resistances to 40 but also increasing the amount of minions you have to kill to 160.
This was two months ago.
No way these buffs were implemented because of his skin.
I definitely think he needs changes. The whole Villain thing makes no sense to me, but I'm not sure I'd call him too strong. He has no gap closer and is one of the easiest champs to kite.
There’s nothing you can do if you play melee vs him. He out trades you even if you try to punish for him using all spells on wave basically. He is has too much dmg on q for how tanky he is. One of them needs to be nerfed. He has too many stats early
