Unless your spear kill the target, in which case you do not get the reset on the transform.

You do. Just have to reapply the passive after it's worn off the first time. I you kill something in cougar it lowers the pounce cd, if that's what you mean.

That is pounce cooldown. Shape shifting from human to cougar by hitting a champions or monsters with a spear does not reset if the spear kills them.

That is pounce cooldown. Shape shifting from human to cougar by hitting a champions or monsters with a spear does not reset if the spear kills them.

That seems more like a bug. Supposedly, reapplying her passive with bushwacks or spears lowers her R cd. But if you kill something before it procs the passive I guess it can't really apply the passive at all.
