I realize this is another circlejerk shitpost so there's probably no space for logic and Twitch of course is indeed stronger than Eve, but If you really mean to use lists like these as argument:

Evelyn has hard CC, Twitch does not
Evelyn has longerlasting stealth
Evelyn has out-of-combat sustain within her Passive
Evelyn has MR shred effectively amping up her dmg with her own kit

They are very different champions designed for very different things.

Has hard and soft CC
Has indefinite stealth that requires no mana
Has burst
Has innate defensive shred
Has an actual execute
Has innate sustain
Has a real passive
Could actually be viable with an off-tank build.

I don't get why people are saying Twitch doesn't have hard CC. Popping from no where and deleting a champion or entire team close to instantaneous sounds like hard CC to me. Death is the best form of CC.

This is a problem both Vayne and Twitch share since they are both Marksmen Assasssins. They are either god awful up or god awful op. No middle ground and they replace not just one but two classes.

you cant really compare an ap assassin jungle to an ad carry botlane , well the thing is twitch detection range is lower , and he somehow has more burst than eve ...
