Kalista is probably the worst ADC in the game right now
Boy, they nerfed this girl into the ground.
If her attacks inherently do 90% less damage, why does her rend do zero damage? The tooltip doesn't even clearly state how damage scales with stacks.
Not to mention, having your movespeed slowed consequently slows your attack speed, since you can't attack until you finish your current dash.
She doesn't have range, she doesn't have damage, she only has mobility if there's enemies around.
There's no reason to pick her over Vayne, Tristana, or Jinx.
