Personally, I think it's a bit broken, especially in the hands of Nasus, Veigar and Mordekaiser (ESPECIALLY Morde)

robotmaster1 votesYup you sole it it will take longer and it's not bugged right now it's supposed to chunk the tower maybe you should watch the mid season spotlight video.
The Deckowner1 votesThe speed it turns around is absurbly slow and its eye opens up for a very long time, you can just walk behind it and hit the eye.

A coordinated team can easily deal with an enemy Rift Herald. On average (From playing and watching some streams), it seems like it takes down 1 tower before getting killed.
