Petition to allow Tahm to eat buff monsters

Jungle already works alright but is severely hurt by his inability to eat large monsters, now this makes sence for dragon and baron but perhaps devour could be made to work the same way on blue and red buff the way it works on enemy champions allowing him to jungle successfully but not have HUGE pressure against enemy junglers by stealing their buffs too easily from over the wall with his qw combo
