(With the exception of rengar who is still killing people in less than one second) Every assassin seems to be a high mobility tank or complete trash. If cinderhulk came in season 4 I feel like this would have never happened... Even mages are doing 2x the burst that some assassins are doing

Completely agree. Also AD assassins are in even worse condition than AP ones. RiotRepertoir mentioned, that AD assassins don't even have items for them.
