support is my favourite thing in the world to play and I want to know my theoretical cap if I let loose and play her more. Not saying I will, so please don't come in here insisting I don't. I'm just curious.

Viktor top can be played top against a tank and taking kleptomancy, his Q procs it and the constant autoattacks against tanks because he is ranged champion.
PhearBunny2 votesi played Leona jungle pretty deep into plat, i imagine Diamond4-5 is about as far as you could get with a off meta pick, but it would really depend how offmeta youre going. Leone jungle for example, wasnt incredibly far from breaking meta. Role wise she fit the meta as a jungler, its just not where you see her normally so people call it "off meta".
That being said, Ori could be played as a support now id think. With the addition of Manaflow band, she doesnt need to rush mana items and can build as a support mage. However, i would only niche pick her vs divers. So, like, Leona, Alistar, diver junglers. Her ult is a strong tool vs divers specifically, especially when youre playing from a supportive role.
