Cloud Drake should give AS
So you want Cloud drake to be worth it make it give 7/14/21% attack speed instead of movement. This would make Cloud drake more worth wild to compete over because the buff would be beneficial to the team.

Cloud Drake is in a good spot now after the buff that is going live tomorrow.
