Like for 40 seconds? during this time enemies players have their vision reduced by 300 and nocturne has his vision increased by 300 it's better than reducing the vision for 4 seconds

nightstalker reduce the visions of wards and turets, but yea he puts the map on night mode
nocturne though, reduce the visions of a champion on the whole map but only for 4 seconds
