Ignite - still needs fixed
As is, ignite should be a skill shot.

is fine as is, as point and click. what does need to be a skill shot is any point and click stun that lasts over .8 seconds

suuuuuuper wrong. Point and click CC is the counter to mobility, and mobility creep is a problem riot faces.
Ignite needs to be fixed, but it needs its last round of buffs reverted. 390 true damage+greivous wounds is WAY to much.
