So you nerfed AP on hit neeko...

Her winrate went down as expected... to her ORIGINAL winrate as AP Neeko. People actually went back to AP Neeko after the on hit nerf. You guys though you hit her too hard, but in reality you did not. It's just that AP Neeko is really WEAK compare to on hit Neeko. But you guys decided that the best way is to rebuff On hit Neeko and not fix AP neeko.

I don't understand what is suppose to be her primary build AP or On hit.
