Can there be a setting to automatically dance upon winning?

Nah you need to type /d or /dance

You don't. You have default hotkeys in the game that allows you do joke, taunt, dance, toggle (if the champion and/or their skin has such a feature; such as Neon Strike Vi moving her sunglasses, or Aatrox's toggle "banner" wing), flash your mastery badge, etc.

They're all bound to ctrl+[insert number key]. From ctrl+1 to ctrl+6. I'm not sure if there are more features after ctrl+6.

You can see this in the keybinding options of the game.

It's also through this hotkey that joke/taunt spamming, mastery badge flash, and whatnot that is seen prevalent in the game employed by players to troll their opponent is possible, as otherwise it would require an inhuman typing speed.

It's Ctrl + 3, but sometimes it doesn't proc when you're AAing the enemy nexus. You need to be precise about stopping to attack (risky) and then dance just before the cutscene. I just believe that this should be able to be set in settings so you don't have to do this extra work, which could cost you if the nexus doesn't actually get destroyed.

I mean, sure, it won't take more than 20 seconds to implement such a feature if Riot really wants to anyway.

Though I personally won't use it tho.
