i wouldn't call this a straight nerf. more hp, 15 more MS, better passive, free Qs, less ability rank pressure on W, etc

i see the nerfs but that's not all that's here. it's a rebalancing.

i think you should outline your post around why you think this direction is bad specifically, and why you prefer the original over the changes.

Talia changes are really nice though? Speaking as someone who has always hated being run down by a talia, the changes are super nice.
