it doesn't make any sense that deathmark percent damage isn't same at all ranks.
early game the entire deathmark proc would be decent if it does 200+ damage. mainly because you don;'t have the adc or the armor pen for it to do damage. and for that. it shouldn't be 25% of the damage stored. thats just too low. zed currently has next to no kill potential on anyone that builds that zhonya component. and before he finishes an item forget it. there is no reason to play an assassin that falls off as teams begin to group when a mage that does better late game has more kill potential in lane. even with a perfect zed combo deathmark early game damage is quite pathetic. I didn't pick an assassin to scale into late game thats crazy. meanwhile kat ult does 500+ damage at rank 1
zed's deathmark should be a flat 45% of damage dealt at all ranks. or otherwise buff his Q .
at level 6 how much damage is zed gonna do after he ults you? 300?. at best. 25% of 300 is 75. plus lets say he has 120 ad. thats not even 200 damage on the deathmark proc.
but you know am going to get downvoted because people feel bad when they get hit by skillshots on a champion that takes some ability to land the damage to get a kill instead of someone point and clicking on you to kill you.
its quite pathetic that I have to wait 24 seconds as zed to be able to have the chance to do some damage to my laner. and they can easily dodge it because zed Q hit box is the fairest in the game and if you're on his shadow his Q doesn't do damage because it only starts at edge of the shadow.
Now you an call me crazy but I don't think
or
with
and
should have more kill pressure than
with

remember when vlad and swain had bad winrate after rework? they were immediately fixed in a hotfix. an assassin with 45% winrate early game is abyssmal.
