Can Olaf get some love?
He's probably one of the coolest champion ideas you've guys made, but it's borderline useless against anyone with a brain.
He needs some form of mobility so he doesn't just get kited all day.
**Buffs **
- Make his Q grant him increasing movement speed when he gets closert to it.
- Remove the AD scaling from his E, and cause it to scale off his maximum health that increases based on missing health (Fits the berserker theme better) and if needed, cause it to not be reduced by basic attacks anymore.
- Make his ultimate keep the bonus armor and magic resist when he uses it.
