Le bl changes delayed till 7.10. Suggestions for Riot On how to Change le bl

Hi I have around 1500 games on Le blanc. Reached challenger (Top 150 peek) with her month ago (With the help of some other champs) and I am constantly rated as one of the best Le blanc players Worldwide

I know Exactly how to change le bl without pissing of every single Le blanc main while making her more healthy

First 2 Important reverts and then I ll mention the nerfs from there

• Distortion/mimic distortion gutting changes from last patch reverted
• An interaction where Le blancs clone can Proc revolver,sheen, and lichbane removed, She gained this interaction in the same patch she got Distortions guted

Now as much as I dont mind the interaction on where her clone can aa and proc on hit stuff it ** EATS TO MUCH of her Power budget** if I end up eating to much of her power budget with proposed proper nerfs feel free to add this interaction back (Pretty sure my suggestion dont overnerf her though)

For those who dont know le blanc got gutted by distortion changes and the bug/exploit/unintended buff saved her bassicly..

So now I ll mention a way le blanc should have been nerfed rather then W gutting and introducing a bug / exploit / uninteded buff which is what Riot did...

1. Distortion speed reduced to 1600 (ATM its 2K). Le blanc used to have slower W and IT WAS A STEP IN RIGHT DIRECTION but they reverted it with a rework and put it back to 2k. She is way to fking zappy atm. She is not fking berry Alan

Explanation of a nerf When you have players such as me who Just dont give a fk dive a target in middle of 5 players through 2 towers kill a target and go back to distortion without em being able to react consistently well enough to discourage me from even making such rambo attempts then there is a problem. And this has been a root of Le blanc´s toxicity ever since a change where they made all le bl mimics not scale of what you max like season 4 change or so

This give your more time to react to her once she starts dashing - healthy change

2. Time to return to a Distortion pad reduced by 0.5 seconds (Zhonya lasts 2.5 seconds while pad lasts 3.5 seconds after this suggested nerf for measure)

Explanation of a nerf There is way to much time to return. Le blanc can cover way to much ground with it. Its ridicilus in good le blanc hands. It also creates bugs on Urf but thats just a bonus

3. Distortion needs some Dmg nerfs since we are reverting the gutting
   LVL 2 Mimic distortion DMG (Ratio and base) Nerfed for 10% (And when I say for I mean - not : ) LVL 3 Mimic distortion Dmg (Ratio and base) Nerfed for 15%

First mimic distortion nerfs. I am quite sure in this percentages Riot can feel free to edge em up to round numbers if needed

** W - Distortion deserves really roughly 20% less dmg (both AP ratio and base**)

Her waveclear would be further manipulated by mostly lvl 1 base dmg and %Q bouncing dmg (ATM its 80% of Q). Example her W should do 195+ 55% of ap AT LVL 5 Aim around that

How le bl farming should look LIke. What riot should AIM for. -With standard runes and masteries to be efficient. Savagery mastery included (5 bonus dmg on single targeted spells and AA, her passive when Q bounces counts as single targeted so kinda important to mention )

Lvl 1 Le blanc. Well her waveclear is bad XD Period you are better of farming with AAs maybe dmging wave just so you dont get pushed to hard under turret by superior waveclear champs

LvL 2 Le blanc. Uses distortion on entire wave (Not as easy as it sounds but w/e we ll assume its skilled le bl) and then uses Q No minion dies. All caster minions damaged to the point where they are 2 basics away from death except the one she originaly Q-ed that one is at 1 basic away from death

LvL 3 le blanc. Uses Auto attack on 1 caster minion imedieatly after distortions entire wave (Or ranged row since thast what you ll try to clear) then As she is returning She Autoattacks another caster minion and uses Q on caster minion she hasnt yet autoattacked. All caster minions are now dead (Can be done in like 2 seconds)

LvL 4 Le blanc. Can clear All caster minions with Just WQ not needing basics

LvL 5 le blanc. Can clear all melee minions with the same pattern she could kill lvl all ranged minions at lvl 3

LvL 6 le blanc same as level 5 she levels ulti after all.... those 2 ap per level she has or so wont change anything

LvL7 le blanc Her W is now lvl 4. She can clear entire wave with 2 abilities now except siege minion. Now this is a breaking point

LvL 8 le blanc Her Q is now lvl 2 . She can clear Raptors With W > Q on them instantly well maybe 2 aas for the big one So AA>W>AA>W>Q. If you already got a kill and bought some ap you could possible do this at lvl 7.

LvL 9 Her W is now lvl 5 She can clear entire wave of course even siege minion shouldnt be problem maybe 1 - 2 aa after he dies.

Bassicly her W damage should do around 195+ 55% of Ap at lvl 5. And her bouncing %Q damage and Q base dmg should be changed until her farming looks roughly like this^^

A mini buff now

Bugfix (Buff) If le bl uses RR and then right after R>Ability. Her intitial RR now doesnt Dissapear. You could write in a note. No longer Missdirection or whatever ALSO bring back HER OLD LINES

Other concers players have against Le blanc Chain lenght is a bit to long. Nerfed by 50 (The diff in range between luc auto and vayne auto range)

The fact that le blanc can deal so much dmg with just 1 chain. The nerf above helps but still

Pre rework le blanc Had to think hard every time if using Chain > sigil was correct or if choosing sigil > chain was correct Nowdays correct combo is always chain>sigil (99%cases)

Last 2 suggestions Strict nerf Le blanc E wont be able to proc passive with just E until its leveled to a level 5 (It ll simply take more time to proc early on higher levels 1.58/1.56./1.54/1.52/1.5. She ll have nice non item spike which is a good thing

Mini buff Le blanc Mimic of sigil now increases the speed of her next ability by 40% on all levels. Could also scale with level like 30-35-40-45-50 or some other variations whatever would feel the best in game

**This brings back her QRW as her zappy bursts **

And gives her a reason to throw Q>E sometimes rather then chain > sigil always being correct order..

Also this makes her QW faster and u use it for burst (When enemy is low hp and you do need 2 abilities but dont need passive proc) but you use her WQ if you want more dmg and do need a passive because then its strictly better to open with a skillshot

Essentially she is a combo champ dont forget that riot

Edit another Optional nerf (If extra nerfs are needed) Increase sigil cooldown at all levels to 7 seconds rather then 6 seconds

Her sigil having so low cooldown is kinda wierd anyway it doesnt go with a flow
