Everyone is looking to Zed for this item to be broken, meanwhile I'm wondering if assassin Quinn is back and whether or not Rengar will be viable again.

Its a really strange item for them to put into the game honestly. It really forces me to question their motives when it comes to game balance and itemization. Its not like AD assassins were weak before that item, and now that its in the game theyre just going to be insanely strong. Its even more confusing because they removed Deathfires Grasp, which was an admittedly different item but performed a similar function but for AP users, because they didn't like the way it let mages and AP assassins just blow people up so fast.
