Vladimir is in a sorry state, can we please address him?

Since the initial MYMU disaster Vlad has recieved enough nerfs to fall off the edge of the world and dissapear completely. He is sporting an average of 44% win ratio and is one the most underplayed champions in the whole game.

Can we call the MYMU for Vlad a failure and go back to what we had instead of this mess? I used to main Vlad, he was the very first champion I started to play games with nonstop and improved from Bronze to Gold in S2, I feel so bad to see my poor hemomancer in such a bad situation.

Please help me raise awareness about Vlad decay, lets not abandon him at Riot's absolute neglect

vlad is toxic by design, too powerful and he's a nightmare and unkillable, too weak and he's completely useless.

Just another Ryze, should never have even been made and even Riot says that.

Honestly, Vladimirs rework did a lot of good. He became a much more fair champion to play against and arguably became more fun and rewarding to play (if he wasn't garbage rn)

They just gotta get rid of the Team Damage Amp on his ultimate and buff his selfish power so he doesn't become too overbearing in LC$

I want one patch to just have Vladimir Mordekaiser Urgot Galio Fiddlesticks buffs, all of which have been screwed over in one way or another, paired with nerfs to champs like Caitlyn Hecarim Yasuo LeeSin

His kit and playstyle from the update is good and I call it a success.

It that items for him have not been so good.

I don't want to revert him to the old Vladimir, but he will get buffs in 7.3, not 7.2 because he still may prove strong in competitive (Riot scared of that) however, a revert wouldn't work since he has lost WoTA.

If Vlad had melee AAs he could probably have been healthier. Since he couldn't just stay at a distance forever harassing you during the laning phase and sustaining through any damage.

Vlad is better now, just Riot's afraid to give him what he needs because they're obsessed with the idea of him having a team-wide damage amp.

They're also afraid of tank Vlad rising up again, when they can easily avoid that with AP ratio buffs, base HP buffs, W CD buffs, passive AP ratio buffs, base MS buffs...as long as they don't touch his HP ratios or base damages, Tank Vlad will not be a thing again.

I think a good buff would be to increase the time he gets Crimson Rush. Riot has already tried everything else numbers-wise. Any competent player can see he has it and just run away, so increasing how much of a chance he has to proc it would be a good start. Lowering the health cost on W too; maybe down to 15% current health?

But they have to keep his early game bad in order to put more of his power budget into his godlike late game. Any buffs to his pre 6 game and basically most tops won't stand a chance. Overall, his mini rework was an overall nerf, but it needed to happen in order to make more fair. He's strong against champs that can't harrass well and have to all in to do anything. And he's weak against champions that can constantly harass him. Oh he'll heal back a portion of the damage he'll receive, but his heal is so much weaker now opening the door to constant pressure champs.
