Fizz's E going through Veigar's event horizon not stunning...

I think that Fizz should still get stunned from Event Horizon if he pogos through it. The stun duration timer should start the moment Fizz go through the stun but only stunning once he lands for the remainder of the stun duration.

Thoughts? Fizz could still pogo the damage portion of anything Veigar tries to throw at him but he wouldn't be able to easily dive a Veigar if Event Horizon is used.
