Map clicking while map clicking is off suggestion.

Would like to still be able to click the map to move if I'm already clicking in it. In other words, if I left & right clight the map, to allow a move command.

Basically, if I click the map to see a different area and right click to move while holding left click, would like the move command to work even if normal map clicking is disabled. As a toggle option in the settings.
