Camera locking bug still around.

I have been getting the camera lock bug where clicking the button or the keyboard shortcut "default Y" does nothing. Happened twice when I was alt tabbed out of the game and came back. Clicked the map to check around and the moment I hit spacebar to get back to my character, the camera would perma lock. I don't remember how I unlocked it (assuming I actually did or if it unlocked itself) but it took a min or two before I was able to scroll again...

EDIT: I never had that problem before so maybe it's a 6.14 bug?
