With people always complaining about how OP bot lane is

Why doesn't riot have a no adc/support rotating game mode for the SR map?

1. It'd take away complaints about bot lane for that mode
2. It'd have a chance for a new meta to develop
3. It pose a new problem for players to solve for awhile; what do you do with the two open slots?
4. We'd have a chance to see what league is like without a source of damage or utility on both teams.
5. We'd realize how broken tanks are without ADCs to keep them in check.

I really think a mode with no adcs or supports would be interesting for the game and hope riot gives it a try.
