Vayne Twitch Kaisa KogMaw are all better than Ashe, Tristana and Xayah at single target DPS.

This. At full build, Ashe is one of the highest DPS ADCs in the game. Her auto-attacks after the first deal 10% of the auto-attack's AD value as bonus damage, and her Q works as both a 25% AD steroid and a 40% AS steroid.

Depends on a few things

Is the Marksman being protected and peeled for?
Is the Marksman able to get good uptime on a target?
Is the target a squishy or a tank.

If the Marksman is being protected and can get reasonable uptime on a target then the highest single target DPS marksman is actually KogMaw or Twitch

In a situation where Tanks/Bruisers/Juggernauts are the targets then Vayne does the highest single target DPS.

Easily Twitch, simply because unlike other dps adcs, he can potentially ALWAYS be online.

Ashe; Needs Q Charged, and you have to get near her. Kog Ma: Weak early, and you generally have to get near him. Jinx: has to have successfully built items, which means she earned it from a snowball. Kai Sa: The pauses between her utility is too significant. Reliable dps, but infrequent.

Twitch just has to reset his Camouflage and he's a threat at all minutes of any game.

Twitch or Kog, usually, especially against groups of targets (Runaan's)

Caitlyn's "DPS" sucks compared to the others due to having no real attack speed steroids in her kit and weaker AS scaling than most other marksmen.
