With mid fizz getting minor buffs i think its appropriate for everyone to see this

Completely wrong. If you want to beat a Fizz, all you need to do is pick Vladimir. You should never be able to lose against Fizz as Vladimir. Need more explanation? Hit Q whenever it's up for free harass and heal, if he R's you, puddle and it does nothing, and viola, Fizz loses and you are most likely fed.
