To me, it seems like she is in a better spot. There's a bigger window of opportunity during the early and mid game where it is possible to punish her, and late game she still melts towers and people's faces.

They could tap her Mp5. It's actually extremely high, and nerfing it to even 6.5 would hurt how much she's able to spam her rockets. Or maybe exchange some of the missing health damage on her ult with more AD ratio, if it needs to be an extreme change.
