Take it from a Jinx main, she is doing perfectly fine, if not above average. I'd rather see her stay put than buffed only to be nerfed in an important part of her kit later. These Jinx buffs may not be that significant, but I don't want them to become an excuse to nerf her later.

Jinx is that ONE ADC who hardly ever gets to use her ult unless to steal or secure a kill for or from someone. I feel like a dick using it some times even though i am the ADC..

Chief Mayonnaise1 votesMy rule of thumb in the early game is about 300 hp. Usually if they are at that point or lower, it'l kill them. Bear in mind that as you rank the ability up, the %missing health damage increases as well.
Volcanuz1 votesDepends on their items and health. If they are tanky, i would fire more around 20-25% for a kill blow late game with 3 item spike.
If they are a squish at level 2 of the skill you should be able to kill them at 30-45% depending on your item choice. As i go IE>Hurri>Blood i do it more at 40% but most other builds will probably go at 30% on squishies.
People forget that the rocket has its own base damage and don't include it so they wait a lot longer before firing.
A good tip though is use it as a fight starts if you are at range, It can really turn the tide for your team mate who is in the fight and still land you a high % gold assist as depending on the stage the rocket hits in the fight you do insane damage with it. You need to not be selfish with skills like her ult or ashes ult, most just use it for them self and that just defeats the purpose of the ability.

Her Auto can be reset on a target if you know how to target switch (hit support, then hit ADC, then Hit support - or you can use it on a minion) which also helps when her W is activated as each time her passive procs her W gets another second of use. Her Q hits like a truck if you know how to position it and can force supps or even adc away from their minion. Which is why the MF+Blitz combo lane is so damn strong.
Her ult is great. But the rest of her kit if you use her properly is just godlike. Of course not on the levels of the fan favorite champs though and all it takes is 1 or 2 good bans and she is much less potent in high ELO games. But still..

However how are you hearing of these Jinx buffs? Can you link it to me? Or are you talking about the buffs that came with the new season? Anyway, If she is gonna get buffed again it's probably so she can be back in meta (played in the lcs) and it would be fun to see the pros play her. If she gets buffed again it's gonna be like season 3 where she was one of the most played Adc's than nerfed. I think she would end up back up in the spot she is now when her time to shine if over. If they bring her back into meta. But yea I am fine the way Jinx is and don't understand why she needs to be buffed to be put back in the meta. Honestly I people would appreciate her how good she is now. That said, I'm still excited to see what her buffs will be if she gets buffed again.

No seriously, I do not understand why they would buff a top tier ladder champion. I understand nerfing a bottom tier one if they're still oppressive in LCS, but why does Jinx need to be played by the pros? With nerfs to the current popular LCS adcs, I think she will be more appealing anyways.

My favourite ADCs are Ashe, Jinx and Kog'maw. I'm mastery 5 on Ashe and Jinx, they're the ones that I usually play when forced adc. I agree with the Ashe nerfs because she's just too popular right now but I strongly disagree with the Jinx buff. She's already quite popular and really strong. Don't put her next to Riven in the permaban list (which probably won't happen because most people don't give a fuck about OP marksmen.)
