@Riot: Updating Older Legendary Skins (Fiddlesticks)

Since the new Gatekeeper Galio skin was reworked with unique interactions, voicelines, effects and recall, I started to wonder what other older Legendary skins are kinda needing a touch up to "legendary" status. My first and primary pick was Surprise Party Fiddlesticks. While his unique balloon animals Dark Wind icon and the party hats on Crowstorm and Terrify icons are wonderful touches and I really enjoy them, his overall ability asthetic is kinda... well, what his actual price is: 975RP. I'd maybe even go 1350 at most because of the ability particle changing effects. but to call this skin legendary without any new voice lines, interactions, special taunts/jokes/dance or recall is kinda a bummer :/ Is there a potential for a rework to the Surprise Party Fiddlesticks skin to make it up to the quality of Legendary skins now a days or will it forever be the 975 legendary skin? thank you
