Cairn, the Gloom Shepard

Cairn was once a humble farmer on the Blessed Isles before it became corrupted by undeath, transforming into the now known Shadow Isles. Where he once harvested grain and fields of vegetables, now he hungers for a different crop to reap: the souls of the living.

_"What the seeds of life have sown... I will now Reap!" _

Passive: Essence of the Unhallowed: Cairn's basic attacks cripple his enemies, reducing their armor and magic resist by 5% + (3% for every 100AP), stacking up to a cap of 3 stacks. Stacks fall off gradual if target is out of combat for more than 5 seconds with Cairn.

Q: Grasp of Corruption: Cairn unsheathes his scythe, dashes forward toward target enemy, and slashes them with his blade, dealing 60/70/80/90/100 + (60%AP) magic damage. Cairn heals himself for a portion of the damage he deals (10/15/20/25/30% of damage dealt.) W: Umbra Walk: Passive: Cairn gains increased movement speed when traveling toward low health enemies. Active: Cairn goes into stealth for a short period and can see enemy units in a small area around him thru the fog of war. Other stealthed units are not revealed.

E: Mortify: Cairn unleashes an otherworldly howl upon his enemies in a cone infront of him, dealing 50/55/60/65/70 + (30%AP) magic damage and slowing all affected enemies by 60% for 1.5 seconds. Minions and monsters in the AoE flee in Terror.

R: Untimely End: Cairn fully unleashes his scythe and swings it in a wide arc, sending forth a crescent of necrotic magic. Enemy champions hit by the crescent are dealt 150/300/450 + 70% AP as true magic damage.

A medium ranged melee fighter, Cairn wield his scythe with deathly skill. Cairn thrives in the jungle as an assassin, using his stealth and gap closer to ambush unsuspecting prey, and his sustain and crowd control to stay in fights longer. Based off the Grim Reaper (almost literally, as a reaper of souls), I drew inspiration for this character from the art for the Orzhov Guildmage, original artist Greg Staples of Wizards of the Coast (see link) and the Reaper portrayed in the movie _the Frighteners. _ A soul rending wraith that can literally emerge from the shadows and rend the life from his opponents was the end goal I was aiming for with his kit.

Any feedback or critic about my concept or kit would be greatly appreciated. Please no trolls. I really enjoy creating champion concepts and try to keep them balanced as best I can. I know Riot doesn't usually take notice of community champ creations but, well, I just want Senpai Rito to notice me... just once. [zombie-nunu-tears]

Q and R seem overloaded without any idea on where his base stats and growth would be.

Either remove the sustian or the double-hit crit from the Q. Ult should probably be flat dmg then maybe if below certian threshold it appies true dmg as an execute.

You realy can't say they can play as an assasin and tank with stealth, a gap closer, an AA reset (the Q), A tank debuffer, and a slow.

Maybe add long cool downs for the overpowered Q and remove true damage or (+ missing health %) for the R, otherwise his finish and cleanup abilities are way too strong. Ends up being somewhat like an old AP Master Yi? Team fights > enemy becomes low > Cairn goes invisible > E > Q > R and no one survives.

Hm, definitely an amazing concept. The only thing is that he seems kind of OP. Just by a little...

His q would feel kinda weak compared to old vladimir. But op in healing since it does twice the healing...
