New Concepts for Tier 2 Boots??

I was watching a friend of mine play Smite earlier today and noticed that they have boots that are a lot different than ours. Like a lot. Some grant magic damage, others grant physical damage, some health, cooldown reduction with mixed stats, and it got me thinking, why doesn't league have any boots like this? So I drafted up some quick boot ideas.

Boots of the Magus: +40AP Boots of the Warrior: +30AD Reaver's Boots: Grants 200% HP regen while in combat Hunter's Treads: Grants 15% Lifesteal Sage's Sandals: Grants 200% mana regen if a spell hasn't been cast in the last 5 seconds Boots of the Behemoth: +200 HP Rogue Tabi: Grants 20% Crit chance

Not entirely sure how OP some of these boots would be, but wouldn't it be interesting to add some new footwear to the Rift and create a more dynamic boot selection that can cater to different champion builds and play styles? Thoughts?

These would definitely be interesting, but you wouldn't want 10+ boot options for tier 2. It COULD definitely be interesting for bringing back tier 3 boots though.

item 3006 = Tier 3 of Crit or Life Steal

For example. Could be small, cheap buffs that teams could use in potentially holding out while behind.

Actives might be interesting, like speed boosts or mini Kled ult auras to people following you and junk (AKA: Captain Enchantment only not crap :P) The fear there would be balance, and possibly cramping out over items. It'd essentially be like giving people 6 slots instead of the regular 5.
