"Stare into the Abyss long enough and you'll find me staring right back."

(see above art for inspiration, based off Quicksilver Behemoth by Anthony S. Waters, Wizards of the Coast)

Far off the coast of the Shadow Isles in the deepest parts of the Carynian Trenches drift stories of an aquatic behemoth that stalks the seas. Few have encountered it and even fewer have lived to speak about it, but all tell the same tale: It's very big, and very hungry. It has many names: the Great Upwelling, the Savage Deep and Devastator of Fleets, but all know it as Leviathan, the Abyssal Scourge. Fearing what the great beast may unleash upon the world if in the wrong hands, the Institute of War has captured and recruited this legendary monster into the League for safe keeping.

Leviathan is a tank mage specially suited for a life in the jungle or in the heart of a battle. With his tank stats and a kit that can dish out consistent, punishing damage, this tank is not one you want to be caught off guard by in the maze of the jungle alone.

**Leviathan, the Abyssal Scourge **

Passive:_ Chasm Skulker_: When out of combat with a Champion for more than 10 seconds, Leviathan gains increased movement speed and a spell shield that blocks the first enemy ability that hits it.

Q: Hydro-Sonic Pulse : Leviathan focuses and sends out a long range skill shot nuke in a target direction, dealing 100/135/170/205/240+(65%AP) to all enemy units in the splash AoE and marks them as Prey.

W: _Snap! _: Passive: Leviathan's basic attacks deal 10/15/20/25/30+(4% of Leviathan's Max HP) as bonus magic damage. Active: Leviathan snaps at target enemy, dealing 50/75/100/125/150+(40%AP) magic damage and reducing their resistances by 15% for 3 seconds. Snap!'s damage is doubled against targets marked as Prey.

E: Ink Screen: Levithan gathers dark energies around himself for 1.5 seconds, upon which he can reactivate the ability again to detonate Ink Screen in a small AoE around him. Enemies hit by the detonation are dealt 65/75/85/95/105+(25%AP), are Blinded and applies the Near Sight debuff for 2 seconds.

R: Benthic Might: Leviathan roars, unleashing the power of the Abyss upon his enemies in a large AoE field around himself. Enemies in the field of Benthic Might are Grounded, have their movement speed slowed by 50%/60%/70% and are dealt 100/150/200+(20%AP) magic damage every second for 5 seconds while in the field. While Benthic Might is active Leviathan is crippled by his power, applying a self movement debuff that slows himself by 40%/35%/30% during the duration of the ultimate.

Creators Notes: The Q is a ranged skill shot much like a Morgana Q or Rek'Sai Burrowed Q. Leviathan's Ult acts much like a Fiddlesticks, Nasus or Reneketon Ult would, radiating around himself in an AoE field that moves with him as he travels. Ink Screen is a self cast ability that does not impede Leviathan's movement when cast. Snap! is a short range point and click ability that will trigger on the designated target when in range.

And there is my Champion Concept for Leviathan, the Abyssal Scourge. Any feed back or critic you may have for my concept is appreciated. My AP ratios and base damage may be a bit off here or there but I'm going with a base line for this character, rather not make it too OP and have everyone flame me for making an obscenely power champion concept.
