Greetings urflings! It is I!, ShriekMauler, once again up to my old character designing mischief again. Care to take a gander at my newest creation??

EDIT: Reowrked/Revised Kit idea set is below the first kit for compare and contrast ideas. Feel free to comment on which one you like most/more and why

Dullahan, the Spectral Host Role: Support/ Mage Description: Dullahan is a melee support character with an interesting kit that both annoys and taunts enemy champions for misplays. He is the manifestation of fallen heroes, a ghostly apparition that is a guardian angel to those who need him most and a vexing devil to those who harm his charges. Wielding his trusting Soul Scythe, Dullahan dishes out damage to his foes and collects the souls of the fallen, charging his attacks with ethereal power to aid his crusade.

Passive: Soul Scythe: Being near enemy deaths will occasionally drop souls that Dullahan can pick up, filling up his resource bar as souls are collected to a max of 10 souls. Once 10 souls have been collected, Dullahan's Soul Scythe will glow with a ghostly flare, giving his next auto attack bonus range and consuming all his souls to deal 30-+(+10 per lvl)(20%AP) bonus magic damage to the target, slowing them by 35% for 1.5 seconds.

Q: Terminus Strike: Dullahan swings his scythe in a slow arc around himself, dealing 30/40/50/60/70 +(30%AP) magic damage to all enemies in the radius before slamming his scythe down in target direction, dealing 100/120/140/160/180 +(60%AP) magic damage, stunning all enemies hit by the scythe slam.

W: Eidolon's Blessing: Dullahan targets an ally champion, dashing into them while becoming untargetable, breaking himself and his charge free from all CC while granting them a shield based on 10% of Dullahan's max HP + (100%AP) for 3 seconds. After the 3 seconds or upon his charges death Dullahan will reappear by their side.

E: Phantasmal Image: Dullahan dispatches an ally spirit in his likeness from his current location in target direction. The spirit will continue in target direction for 5 seconds or until it is slain by an enemy, returning it to the spirit world. The spirit is an exact copy of Dullahan, mirroring his Hp, buffs and other distinctions when cast while alive. Phantasmal Image doesn't impede Dullahan's movement when cast.

R: Soul's Attendant : cost: 50% of Dullahan's current health Dullahan breaks free from his mortal form, igniting his soul and instantly filling his Soul Scythe to max stacks during his Ult's duration. While Soul's Attendant is active, Dullahan is invulnerable to damage and immune to slows for 4 seconds while returning all incoming non-turret damage he receives back to its source. After these 4 seconds, Dullahan returns to his mortal form. Soul Scythe's slow effect does not stack with each auto, only refreshing the duration.

Passive: Shared Fate/ Soul Scythe: At the start of the game and ever 120 seconds after, Dullahan can select an ally champion to become his Charge. Kills performed by Dullahan and his Charge drop soul shards that he can pick up to fill up his resource bar (up to a max of 10 souls) and restores 5% of his missing HP for each soul he collects. At max stacks, Dullahan's next basic attack gains 200 bonus range and consumes all his souls to deal 30-+(+10 per lvl)(20%AP) bonus true damage to the target, slowing them by 35% for 1.5 seconds. (10 second cooldown)

Q: Terminus Strike: Cost: 25/30/35/40/50 health Dullahan swings his scythe in a slow arc around himself, dealing 50/60/70/80/90 +(30%AP) magic damage to all enemies in the radius before slamming his scythe down in target direction, dealing 100/130/160/190/220 +(60%AP) magic damage, knocking up all enemies hit by the scythe slam.

W: Eidolon's Blessing/Geist's Scorn: Cost: 10% of Dullahan's max HP on first cast First Cast: Eidolon's Blessing: Dullahan targets an ally champion and dashes into them, becoming untargetable while breaking himself and his target free of all hard CC and granting them a shield based on 10% of Dullahan's max HP +(100%AP) for 3 seconds. Second Cast: Geist's Scorn: While Eidolon's Blessing is active, Dullahan can active it again to cast Geist's Scorn. Doing so forcefully ejects the Spectral Host in target direction, stopping at the first enemy champion he hits or at max range and fears away all enemies in an AoE around him for 1 second. After Eidolon's Blessing's duration or upon his host's death, Dullahan will reappear next to his ally's side.

E: Phantasmal Image: Cost: 75/90/105/120/135 health Dullahan dispatches an ally spirit in his likeness from his current location in target direction. The spirit will continue in target direction for 5 seconds or until it is slain by an enemy, upon which it will explode and return it to the spirit world, dealing damage to all nearby enemies equal to 10/15/20/25/30% of Dullahan's missing health. The spirit is an exact copy of Dullahan, mirroring his Hp, buffs and other distinctions when cast while alive. Phantasmal Image doesn't impede Dullahan's movement when cast.

R: Soul's Attendant: Cost: 50% of Dullahan's current health Dullahan ignites his soul, breaking free from his mortal form for 4 seconds. While Soul's Attendant is active, he gains max stacks of Soul Scythe for the duration, immunity to slows, ignores unit collision and becomes invulnerable to damage, redirecting all non-turret damage he takes back to its source. Kills and assists on enemy champions refund 25% of Soul's Attendant's cost when it's duration is up. Soul Scythe's slow does not stack, each auto only refreshes the slow duration.

Okay, Dullahan is melee. So, for the passive:

I say make it link kind of like Taric, Kalista, etc. Dullahan deals 1-18 damage (+10% AP) to enemies near him or linked target. Whenever an enemy dealt damage by Dullahan dies, it drops a soul shard. Once 10 shards are collected, Dullahan's next basic attack gains +600 attack range and deals 30 (+10 per level) bonus true damage and consumes all collected soul shards. 10, 7, 4 second cooldown.

For Q:

Dullahan swings his scythe in a slow arc around himself, dealing 30-60/40-80/50-100/60-120/70-140 +(40%AP) magic damage to all enemies in the radius (enemies near the outer edge of the scythe take more damage). All enemies hit are slowed by 10/20/30/40/50%.

Q - re-activate:

Dullahan slams down his scythe and knocks up all enemies within melee range.

For W:

Dullahan attaches to target ally champion and becomes untargetable for three seconds. While attached, the ally champion ignores unit collision and gains a shield equal to 150/225/300/375/450 (+100% AP). After three seconds or if target ally dies while Dullahan is attached, Dullahan spawns at their location.

W cast on enemy champion:

Enemy champion is feared in the direction of their base for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. During this time, Dullahan ignores unit collision and gains 30/35/40/45/50% increased movement speed.

For E:

Dullahan creates an ally spirit in his likeness, gaining an additional soul shard for enemy kills. The ally spirit ignores unit collision and mimics all attacks/abilities cast by Dullahan. The ally spirit deals 10/20/30/40/50% of Dullahan's damage and has 1/2/3/4/5 health (blocks/bars/whatever, like trinkets and such).

E - re-activate:

The ally spirit implodes, returning to the netherworld and dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+20% AP) damage to all nearby enemies.

For R:

Whenever an enemy dealt damage by Dullahan dies, this ability's cooldown is reduced by one second. Dullahan becomes untargetable and immobile for 5 seconds. All enemy champions within 1000/2000/3000 range are hit by a radiating pulse each second, slowing them by 10% per pulse and stacking up to five times. At the end of the ability, enemy champions take 100/150/200 (+20% AP) magic damage per stack.

I would think something like this is a bit more fluid. But everyone has their own champ ideas! I give you props for coming up with this one :D

First of all, what are the cooldowns on each ability (before criticizing each one)?
