you nerved so much of her mobile-spells but at the end you just dull buffed her Q to 0,8 AP-scaling ?? that doesn't make any sense
I don't care if her W lasts for 3 seconds or 10 seconds, when she just Q's me to death it doesn't fck. matter..
The damage is way too high on her Q.

Did you also forget it takes 40-50% of her resources? Impossible to dodge or not, it rips through what resources she has very quickly.
Saying it has zero cooldown is somewhat disingenuous.
Ya her Q is not a skill shot (its basically if you are in range you are hit). It has zero CD and she can proc it 4 times with her Shroud.
I would LOVE to have like Mord Q where I can use it 4 times in 2s
I agree, just remove abominations like fiora,irelia,kai'sa,akali from the game and everyone will be happy.
IF there is a problem and I do say IF.
It's the damage scaling on E and passive, but those are high-risk hi-reward since you gotta get close and personal for those.
Q is actually the weakest on her kit for champ dmg. Mostly there for wave clear imo and some passive procs.
