What did you expect happens ? weren't 20% enough ? why do you think its healthy to double the effect from 15% to 30%
thats like saying "oh the shoes don't sell for 100 Dollars .. lets try to sell them for just 5 instat trying for 60 Dollars !"

Why are you all so focused on the thing that prevent the one combo you are dead instead of the ridiculous damage that marksmen deal while lifestealing so much all your damage?

To be honest this was totaly legit... but only for melee... old was already cancerous on Graves. But the ad increase was stupid.
