So how do I ward vs Lee Sin and Zac who can gank from anywhere when normal wards don't exist ?

Like ??

Lee can gank from side lanes, from ward jump raptors or just coming from lane, by just using q and ward jumps ... sames goes for zac. Both can do it all the time they want cause they have no mana costs. What can I do against that ? oh right.. Riot removed normal wards.. so now i have a stupid warding totem for 60 seconds.. control wards can maybe cover up a small area but it's gets destroyed anyway. so how do I play mid lane without towerhugging 24/7 ?

Put deeper wards. That's legit all you can do. The further the ward the easier it is to track their movement and react to them. River bushes or wards into their jungle is the best wards against aggressive junglers.

You ward their camps to track their movement

The problem here is that people feel forced to ward bushes,(controls do better in bushes), when in fact warding certain pinch points (wish I had a picture for reference) provide much better coverage, while countering the zac jump and the sweeper trinket.

The length of warding totem is never going to be 60s when your gankable. And if you have no idea where the enemy zac is, and are pushed up in lane, you are failing, and deserve to die. Point blank. No matter how hard you are harassing lane.

As for lee sin, if you aren't fully expecting a gank level 3, again, youre failing, and deserve to die.

Tldr think outside the bush when placing wards

Teamwork helps a lot here.

If the support/jg are quality players, they'll try to sneak some deep wards into the enemy jg so you can spot them when they're clearing camps, and then you can play around knowing the enemy jgs location.

Lacking that, a trinket ward on one side and a red on the other is pretty good. Push out when the enemy jg is ganking a different lane (or you otherwise have vision), or when your own jg is lurking for a counter gank, or when you have flash up and are feeling frisky for a potential 2v1. Mid is a short lane compared to the others, so as long as you don't push out that far you're going to be ok most of the time.

Imo, Zac probably shouldn't have so much CC - Easy clear time and extreme ganks. (He is leveled so that if you lvl up your E - you do more damage, heal more, and you can also gank more effiecently - I think that should be looked at.) Though when the enemy team is playing Zac - I just generally don't ward in the same spots - I ward in forks of the jungle or sometimes even the camps. When you see them on your side, expect to miss a lot more CS than if you seen them on bot - because you can't afford to die even once.

As for Lee, same thing goes for Lee. Healthy clear rates, fast, sustain, mobile - has a shield . . . well, same thing for goes for him. Forks in the jungle, ward the camps and not necessarily your lane and be as skitzo paranoid as possible until you see them again. Also, if you are being ganked by Zac Illaoi is pretty amazing at just killing both him and the laner. Because Zac just can't do damage.

Until level 9 you kind of just put normal wards down and hope you don't get camped, or if you do that your jungler counter ganks it. After that you get farsight as someone pointed out.

I find the best solution is to wait for lee to fall off and just play passively for the first 10 minutes. Honestly that champ becomes garbage if he doesn't snowball early.

Zed you should dodge the game in champ select. He should be permabanned (is in high elo).

What's a Lee Sin?

Oh right, it's that thing I've seen like twice since I started getting a ban every single game.

Heimerdinger Play this guy and watch as the gank turns into a double kill

I'm having this issue as well. The warding totems feel very ineffective against Lee Sin and Zac. Whenever I'm top lane lately I just embrace the fact that I'll probably get ganked a lot and just shove the lane as hard as I can just to get them to feed on me instead of the rest of my team. I figure I can't win the lane playing passively so might as well help secure the other lanes by being a decoy. It's actually the only way I've been able to win while playing top lane lately.

Lee sin isn't really an issue. U can word two bush against him and its done. But Zac...

By yourself? You don't

Enjoy this fantastic meta of getting continually dicked on by because apparently buying stealth wards was bad.
