Strong underplayed champions in low ELO?

Just wondering which champions have a low pick rate, but are very good at carrying matches in low ELO?

So far I have had amazing success with jungle and top. Both very tough early and perfect counters for those cocky Yasuo players thinking they can 1 vs 1 you.

I got from A+ to S+ in almost all of my Udyr matches. Some of them I felt like Trick2G, no joke, just toying with the opponent.

Olaf is so oppressive early game and has almost no bad match-ups top lane.

Again, this is specifically for Bronze, Silver, low Gold, where people struggle to counter these champions.

What other champions do you have in mind for any role?

Annie For mid/support (more-so mid, b/c for support you'd rather have more reliable peel).

Free mana sustain while last hitting with Q, setting up gank assist you can Q for the stun to Guarantee full damage from tibbers (especially mobile champs that could dodge the tibbers skillshot), Shorter range but Bronze- Gold that doesnt matter as much b/c people will be impatient and come to you (and annie is great at punishing that).

She also scales pretty well, and when the enemy team inevitably groups up as a 4-5man deathball theres big potential for Annie to find a flank and absolutely decimate a whole team w/ her combo.

Pantheon JarvanIV Used to play these guys top and jungle quite a bit. Very good at stomping lanes when you know how to play them decently.

Yes, I know that her pickrate is not low by any means on low elos but for how strong she is specially against braindead enemies she should have waaay more pickrate.

Heimerdinger Karthus Mordekaiser Quinn Shyvana TahmKench Trundle Tryndamere

These champs wipe the floor with low elo players. They dont often see them, and have no clue how to lane against them.

Especially Mordekaiser . He is always underestimated and can turn a 1v2 insanely fast.

Diana Kassadin I can think of these two for mid lane I'm not sure if their pick rate is super high but i personally haven't seen many myself, I know both of them (especially Diana) sure are monsters in low elos
