Still waiting for people to figure out the unsealed spellbook + lucidity boots combo. Your flash literally becomes a 3 minute cd, barrier is under ~90 seconds, and exhaust is ~ 2 minutes. Against Zed for instance start off flash teleport dark seal refillable stopwatch, farm like 700 gold to back for doren's ring, cloth, and switch to your prefered 'fuck you assassin' spell on the second base. You will have an early low cool down Zhonyas and negligable cool down on summoner spells.

Seriously, if this was a single ridiculous change, like the Janna or Galio buffs, I'd be right there with you, but the entire system got overhauled, and it got overhauled outside of the ranked season specifically for that reason. This is about the one time Riot can safely throw something onto the live servers to collect raw data in bulk.

This is what happens when you have assassins whining and crying that "we're too weak," during the past meta because supports could actually do their job and they had to think about how they'd go in. But alas, after multiple buffs to items like duskblade and a tailor made rune tree for them, we have this.
I think riot forgets that no one likes to play in an assassin meta besides assassins.
To me it feels like anyone can kill everyone and its actually been fun even if it's imba

And @ everyone saying it's dark harvest or electrocute or w/e it's more like it's the fact defense runes everyone used to rune is gone (or at least if defense rune stats are back in your champ old resolve fearless +50 hp is gone). You can go glacial augment on an assassin and still roflburst people. I guess I was fed tho
Electrocute + sudden impact just provides to much damage combined. Extra burst + penetration is just absurd.
It's not just assassins, anyone that can use that combo effectively just destroys everybody. I have seen a graves with just duskblade kill the enemy ADC from full with half a Q (just the initial part), 1 AA and his ult at level 7/8.
It's not just assassins, I think you just haven't given it enough time.
The balance for the new runes is a bit off in some places, but overall they're doing AMAZING things for League. There's a lot more options available for more champions now than there ever has been.
are Assassins running rampant really a bad thing? for too long ADC's were pretty much high ranged assassin's that feared nothing... with assassins coming back into power hopefully those ADC's will think twice about hanging out in the front line or by themselves. Assassin's need to be in a good place or we get that last terrible meta all over again.
Most champs got free base armor in the patch. The problem is really just dark harvest
