As a support: Red or Blue Trinket?

The title says it all. As a support now, which of these is better:

+ (+ tons of ) + (+ tons of )

It seems now, especially if I'm supporting vs a vayne, shaco, or rengar, I have to preserve 1 inventory slot for pinks anyway. The red is only good now for traps, and no longer for invis units. So I was thinking that the added vision from having blue + sightstone would probably be the most beneficial to my team. Thoughts?

Typical full build now for a tank support: Because keeping a slot for pink wards is fun. And mandatory.

blue trinket is pretty ridiculous right now. there's no limit on the blue trinket, so you can literally light up the entire summoner's rift like a Christmas tree. some teams abuse this by having all 5 members of the team use blue trinket and have no fog of war.

Your choice. It depends on your play style.

Personally, if you have sightstone you can use more at a faster rate, ergo setting up objectives, or general vision. While youre at it, sweeper works nice on stealth champs, potential baits, and it allows you to clear 3 wards.

The blue wards work like vision wards, but are A) easier to kill, and b) are unlimited. Idk why people aren't taking this, but as a support i'd recomend sweeper, as long as you know how to sweep. It lasts long enough for you to be able to spot the ward locations and kill at least 2. plus it provides vision over walls as well and stealth champs. always nice.
