That will give 40% CD on Taric with 2 abilities and 5 separate items that will (with 58% increased power) shield, heal and decrease damage from enemies.

Coupled with Taric's Ult, This will shield and sustain my ADC/Team until the end of time.

Can substitute instead of if playing against malzahar.
