Nautilus is busted as support but isnt even picked top even though people tried it, because unless they just play the lane as a ranged bitch
tanks cant play top. Riot cant directly buff tanks because it will just make them take over sup and jungle too the extent they are all the tier 1 picks. It has too be done a different way.

Ragnaveil1 votesBecause its pretty simple when it comes to balancing them for other roles, so we can buff them top and if something happens, its an easy adjustment, unlike Vik top where you practically had to take a massive shit on mid vik to get him out of top.
