Riot needs to fix this....
Why is Kai'sa getting recommended ap items? Kai'sa is clearly an ad heavy champion relying on trading auto attacks. Sure she can scale off of ap items, but that limits her to.. a skill shot? Its like Ap nasus. Scales really well on one ability and nothing else. It's leading people in the wrong direction because she's getting stomped in every match up. Every lane. Every Game. Weakest new champ (I'd say weaker than Kayn release) I've seen in years. Feeding main 2018.
