Can we please fix NA soloQ

There are many problems with NA soloQ but currently, way too many afks and trolls going around, its to the point to where climbing is just a coin toss because there is an AFK, troll or early quiter in almost 75% of games at G2 elo, so you are almost guarantied to win/lose depending on who has the person. Please riot crackdown on this obnoxious and toxic habit in ranked games. My personal suggestion is a 12H ban from ranked on the first AFK which Increases to 24h, 2 days, 1 week then a 2 week ban from all gamemodes, not just ranked. Trolling should be atleast a 1 week ban from lol and permaban if repeated offenses even on first report (so like if you are reported but trolled 5 games in a row, its perma bye bye). early quiters is just another form of afk. Also seriously fix your dam remake system, move it back a min or something cause way to often you don't get the option to remake cause someone left 40 seconds in.
