Ally support locks singed and follows jungler entire game with smite
[removed by moderation] is a level 31 NA account who, based off of the match history, either runs it down top or trolls on singed support in ranked games. I recently had him in a ranked game and he locked in singed, banned the mid laners champions, took smite, smited camps while the jungler was clearing them, if jungler smited it before him he would fallow them around the jungle for the next few minutes. in the 21 min game, he stole 27 neutral minions. I'm hoping he receives an IP ban and there is an investigation to ban all of his accounts (Most likely has more than this one).
